We want you to love your Wesea item! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at weseacollection@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the item until it is safely returned to us. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately (within 24h) if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Simply return your original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted. Please note that return shipping costs apply, and a new shipping fee will be charged for the replacement order.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal). Please allow time for your bank or PayPal to process the refund.
